The MS DVA toolkit
Click anywhere on our new cover page above to be taken to the latest version of our MSDVA Toolkit for HCPs. We have worked with a professional design agency to polish its presentation and make it easy for you to use. We've added clickable links throughout the resource, so that you can easily get to the information and guidance that you need.

Our toolkit can be used as both a source of comprehensive information and education, but also as a quick reference guide. It contains detailed content on how MS can represent a window of opportunity for HCPs to ask about DVA. It outlines a visual model of types of DVA and how a person with MS might be exposed to particular types of abuse linked to the condition. Red flags for HCPs working in MS care are presented, along with a Five Step approach for asking about DVA and responding compassionately and confidently.
We trust that you find our toolkit useful and we want to know how you think it can work in your MS settings. If you want to help us with our work, or if you have any feedback or comments, please contact the team at [email protected].
We look forward to working with you further on this exciting initiative.
